Larry C. Fulton (1943-2021)

Biography:

Mr. Fulton graduated with honors from Oklahoma State University in 1966. At the University of Denver, he was a member of the Order of St. Ives and the Denver Law Journal. Upon graduation, he served as branch counsel for Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation, regional counsel for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, and from 1975 to 1981 he served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company. He and Alan Karsh became partners in 1981, forming Karsh & Fulton, the predecessor to Karsh Gabler Call PC. He specializes in commercial real estate transactions, having represented numerous local and national real estate developers over the last 30 years.
